If you do not receive your product within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at tessobrien.products@gmail.com with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.

Any of our physical or Print-on-Demand products offered are provided via Third Party Services and therefore all shipping and customer service for those products are handled solely by those service providers, eg. Amazon KDP or Spreadshop, and not directly by us. For those orders, please refer to the relevant service provider and any purchase confirmation email you may have recieved from them upon purchase of any of our POD products.
